A highly skilled and successful programme director, senior operations manager, and performance improvement consultant, with a track record of delivering complex people, process and system change across the healthcare, financial services and utilities sectors. 

Alex founded AJM Robertson Consulting in 2005.  Since then, he has held a range of consultancy and interim roles in both the public and private sectors.

Alex has extensive experience in transformational change, and in delivering patient experience, quality, performance and efficiency results, most recently in commissioning and provider environments in the NHS.

 

Prior to the NHS, Alex held senior managerial and consultancy roles with Aviva, AEGON, JP Morgan, KPMG Consulting and Customer Consulting.

A qualified PRINCE2 Practitioner, Alex has a track record in delivering measurable, sustainable results using a pragmatic, dynamic and motivational approach.
